Jacobsen Salt Co. makes a rotating selection of pure and flavored sea salts at our Saltworks on the Oregon Coast. We harvest, grade, and package our sea salt by hand using the highest quality ingredients available, from our own fermented black garlic to Oregon pinot noir. Each infusion brings a unique offering to the kitchen, such as our Habanero Salt; blending the classic, fiery habanero bite with a fruity and subtle smokiness, it adds spice and zip to grilled sweet corn, pork carnitas, or summer melon.
